Operation #OpsSummit2016
Operations Summit 2016 was in Cincinnati this year, and we had a blast. For those that didn’t stop by booth #415 for a conversation about shipping smarter, here is an insider’s look at the conference.
- The sheer number of talented speakers was off the charts but we particularly enjoyed the keynote power panel on Wednesday where we heard from dynamic executives on variety of topics.
- We listened in on “Keeping Subscription Service Customers Happy & Loyal.” One key takeaway for us was that innovating and thinking ‘outside the box’ is critical for maintaining a solid customer base. A customer’s needs and wants change rapidly, and what worked last year might not work today. Listening to what your customers have to say and changing with them is essential to growing your business in 2016. Are you staying social and giving your customers a voice?

- As always, we loved chatting about how to sell more with every package you ship. In the retail world, the common brown package is often overlooked as a vessel for marketing materials. Here at Minisoft, we are all about changing that, one package at a time.
